Harmony Wicks Co stands behind the products we sell. If you're in any way unsatisfied with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your return, you will only receive the cost of the item its self.
If Harmony Wicks Co gets a package that is returned to us by the carrier due to the address provided is non deliverable, you (as the customer) are responsible for paying the additional shipping cost for the second shipment to the correct address.
Wrong Items, Missing items or Damaged Items
We try our absolute best to ensure everything is in your package before we seal it and ship it out, but we are human and do make mistakes so if there is a missing item from your order, you must contact us within 2 DAYS of your order being delivered, when you contact us, please give us your order number and let us know what item is missing, we will then ship you our another one if the item is still available and if not you will be provided with a refund of the value of the item.
If we accidentally shipped you the wrong item, you must contact us within 2 DAYS of your order being delivered, send us a picture of the item you received as well as your order number, we will review this and send you a prepaid shipping label, (we are not responsible for items lost in the mail that are being shipped back to us) you must ship the package back to us within 7 days, once we have received the item, we will then ship you out the correct item that you originally ordered.
If you receive an item that is damaged, you must contact us within 2 DAYS of your order being delivered, please email us a clear picture of the damage to the item, we will review it and then send you a prepaid shipping label for a return, ( we are not responsible for items that are lost in the mail that are being shipped back to us) you must ship the item back to us within 7 business days, once we have received the item we will issue you a return.
Melting
We will do all we can to reduce the chances of melting during the shipping times. please note during extreme temperatures (30 + degrees ) we will hold off on shipping item until the weather becomes cooler to reduce chances of melting. Unwanted Product Return?
Maybe you ordered the wrong item or you simply don't want it anymore. In this case, we refund the full value of the remaining resell-able product ordered within 2 DAYS of your order being delivered and you simply pay the return shipping costs. Once we receive the return, we will then refund you the amount of the item.
